A Guest House is a building or a part of a building comprising at least ten bedrooms providing housing services only in consideration of a sum of money.
First: Required documents for obtaining the approval:

Such service may be applied to either by
E-Service or the attendance of the applicant at the licensing offices of ADTA (ADTA head office, ADTA office at Abu Dhabi Municipality and ADTA office at Al Ain Municipality).

Copy of the passports for UAE* and GCC nationals and civil extracts (khulaset kaid)* of the landlord and the licensee.

Copy of Title Deed Search Certificate.

Copy of the current Site Plan issued by Abu Dhabi Municipality.

Copy of full set of the drawings to scale 1:100.Copy of the drawing on CD.

Project Economic Feasibility Study.

Memorandum of Understanding with an international hotel management company.

Lease Agreement stating the Investment activity.

Compliance with any other requirements to be notified later on.

Attaching all the required documents.
