Hotel Apartments are a group of at least eight villas or furnished apartments leased for guests on a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis.
First: Required documents for obtaining the approval:

Such service may be applied to either by
E-Service or the attendance of the applicant at the licensing offices of ADTA (ADTA head office, ADTA office at Abu Dhabi Municipality and ADTA office at Al Ain Municipality).

Copy of the passports UAE*or GCC nationals and civil extracts (khulaset kaid)* of the landlord and the licensee.

Copy of Title Deed Search Certificate.

Copy of the current Site Plan issued by Abu Dhabi Municipality and the license of the existing building.

Copy of full set of the drawings to scale 1:100.Copy of the drawing on CD.

Project Economic Feasibility Study.

Memorandum of Understanding with an international hotel management company.

Lease Agreement stating the Investment activity

Engineering plans, rooms' areas in the (approved) existing building and a statement approved by the owner comprising a list of the tenants.

A notarized non-objection letter issued by the owner of the building (in case the building was leased)

Compliance with any other requirements to be notified later on.

Attaching all the required documents.
