Obtaining a Temporary Tourism License for Hotel Establishments (Hotels and Hotel Apartments)
Tourism License: A tourism license shall be issued as per the client's request to complete procedures in government departments to obtain the required permits.
Conditions required for temporary tourism licensing of hotels and hotel apartments:

An application letter shall be submitted to obtain the tourism license

A letter from the consultant's office certifying that 70% or more of the building has been completed shall be presented.

A trade name should have been allocated by the Department of Economic Development.

No Objection Letter from Waste Management Center.

Tourism license fees shall be AED 2000
