01. PAYMENT POLICY
Your place in the course will not be confirmed until your fees have been received in full by ADTA. Please submit your registration form as soon as possible, as seats are limited and places will be allocated in order of registration forms. You will be notified regarding the acceptance of your application.
02. CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancelled 21 days or more, prior to the start date of the training course, an administrative charge of AED 75 will be deducted from the refunded course fee. If cancelled from 8 to 20 days, inclusive, prior to the start date of the training course, an administrative charge of 50% of the course fee will be deducted from the refunded course fee.
If cancelled 7 days or less from the start date of the training course, no refund will be returned.
03. PRIVACY
Your personal details mentioned in your registration form will be kept fully confidential and will not be forwarded to any other people or organizations.
04. TRAINING MATERIALS
Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority (ADTA) will provide the training course in accordance with its usual professional standards and grants to trainee a non-assignable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the training materials and the information contained therein for private study purposes. However, ADTA will retain materials and intellectual property rights and ownership in any information disclosed in the training materials.
05. ACCESS TO THE LOCATION AND CONDUCT DURING THE TRAINING COURSE
ADTA grants the participant access to the premises at which the training course is being held provided that, while at the premises, the participant agrees:
a. To comply with all lawful and reasonable directions of ADTA staff;
b. To observe all security and health and safety requirements, rules and regulations.
c. To observe applicable rules and regulations of ADTA.
d. Not to disclose any confidential information relating to ADTA's business or employees that may be communicated to him/her during the training course.
06. INDEMNITY
The participant indemnifies and holds ADTA harmless from all claims, demands, suits, actions, loss, damage, costs or consequential damages that may arise as a consequence of loss, damage, injury that the participant may suffer whilst attending the premises at which the training course is being held.
07. DISCLAIMER
The information provided during the training course will be provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind on the suitability thereof to the intended purpose of the participant.
