Tourist Restaurant: Any restaurant that is licensed by the authority to serve food and beverages and may provide entertainment or artistic services to its customers within the site of the restaurant against certain charges.
Conditions required for licensing a tourist restaurant:
A tourism license application form shall be completed in print (forms may be obtained from ADTA offices in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain)
A copy of the owner's passports and national identity card.
If there is a foreign partner, a copy of his passport and articles of association of the company, attested by the Notary Public, shall be submitted. the UAE national percentage in the activity shall be no less than 51%

If the owner is a foreigner, a service agent contract, attested by the Notary Public, shall be enclosed.

Food Control certificate issued by Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority shall be submitted.

A copy of the manager's CV and passport shall be presented.

A copy of the authorised signatory along with a copy of his passport shall be provided.

A copy of the lease contract or the restaurant development contract shall be attached.

A certificate allocating a trade name to the establishment issued by the Department of Economic Development shall be enclosed.

The person concerned shall pledge to observe and comply with ADTA requirements.

No Objection Letter from Waste Management Center.

Tourist restaurant licensing fees shall be AED 2500
