Vendors / Suppliers are requested kindly to attach to their application of this registration copies of the following documents:

1. Valid Trading License issued by the concerned local authorities.
2. Registration with Chamber of Commerce (when applicable).
3. Letter from company on their letter Head stating /showing the following:

a. Name of company as registered in the Trading License.
b. Official stamp of company.
c. Names and Samples of signatures for authorized persons) and their job titles in the company.
d. Power of attorney for authorized signers in line with letter in item (above).
e. Company's Bank details stating the following information:

§ Account name.
§ Account number.
§ Swift number.
§ Branch addresses details.
§ Contact details of the Bank.
