The customer service standards cover policies relating to courtesy, communication, consistency, confidentiality, customer feedback and complaint handling and will ensure that we keep firmly focussed on all our customers, whether they be visitors, media, stakeholders, suppliers or Abu Dhabi’s community. It sets standards for interacting with customers, in the way we greet them, how we create a positive first impression, and telephone etiquette. It also sets out the correct way to communicate in writing, and we should all follow these standards to ensure consistency in our service.
