- Identifying and anticipating hazards, and assessing risks to environment, environment, health and safety arising from the work environment and work activities (ADEHSMS COP 5);
- Ensuring the environment, health and safety of those involved in, or affected by, work activities (ADEHSMS COP 3)
- Developing and implementing effective risk controls to eliminate hazards and minimize environment, health and safety (ADEHSMS COP 1);
- Identifying and implementing best practice and performance in the tourism sector entities (ADEHSMS COP 9);
- Identifying and responding to the requirements of relevant legal and other requirements dealing with EHS issues (ADEHSMS COP 3);
- Obtaining or developing guidance on EHS management and making it available throughout the entities (ADEHSMS COP 3);
Consultation within and disseminating information throughout the entities (ADEHSMS COP 3);
- Measuring and evaluating EHS management performance (ADEHSMS COP 9), including the reporting and investigation of incidents; and establishing effective arrangements for the audit and review of the EHS management system (ADEHSMS COP 8).
