Course Details
At the end of the module, participants will demonstrate excellent customer service skills by adopting an enhanced customer service mindset. They will have a better awareness of verbal and non-verbal communication, including the first Impressions and Moment of Truth concepts. They will also learn how to handle challenging guests and resolve complaints successfully.

- Overview of consumer behavior trends (channels of communications and Social Media)
- Impact of poor Customer Service

Attributes and Skills to offer Excellent Customer Service:
- Product Knowledge
- Professional Image i.e. verbal and non-verbal communication
- Interaction with Customer (Building rapport, understanding motivation and offering appropriate service)
- Handling Challenging Situations and complaints
- ADTA Customer Service Charter

Registration Confirmation:
Participants must print their receipt voucher and bring it on the training day as a proof of successful registration.
